ABOUT THE ARTIST

Wasan Hayajneh is an award-winning storyboard artist, animator and educator based in the Atlanta metro area. She teaches animation at Kennesaw State University and has taught stop-motion workshops with BWA, ASIFA-South, and the Trilith Institute. Wasan got her MFA from SCAD, where she directed her graduate thesis film, an animated short focusing on the complex death and life of Amelia Earhart. She has two cats she loves very dearly.
